Painted with water mixable oils, this piece is part of the "Ordinary Days" collection, a series of small 10" x10" still life paintings where I used household and kitchen items I find around the house as a reference, in order to portray scenes of everyday life. The paintings were created in the span of a couple of hours, with quick dynamic brushstrokes and set against a textured background. This artwork would look great in the kitchen combined with other pieces in the collection.
The sides of canvas are painted using the same color palette as the painting. The artwork is signed and dated on the back. It is varnished and will arrive ready to hang.
Keep in mind that all computer monitors display color differently, so your painting may differ slightly in color from the image you see onscreen.
Artwork will be carefully packaged using bubble wrap and cardboard and shipped as fragile item for further protection. Please note that if artwork is being shipped overseas (outside of Canada), there is a chance that it might be kept in customs for a couple of weeks. However, this is a risk with any artwork shipped overseas from Canada and should not pose a problem.
